How much does a membership cost?
The Body Shop Fitness Center offers many different membership packages. Our packages are based on a variety of factors including but not limited to membership terms, types, season specials and promotion qualifications. Stop by to speak with a friendly staff member to receive the best rate for your specific needs.

When can I use the gym?
All locations are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Including weekends & all holidays! Once you become a member, you’ll receive a key card that can be scanned at any of our four locations at any time, so you can use the club when it’s convenient for you!

What are the Pro Shop (office) hours?
Pro Shops Hours are:
Monday - Thursday ...........7 am to 10 pm
Friday ............................... 7 am to 8 pm
Saturday ............................9 am to 5 pm
Sunday................................. CLOSED

May I share my key card?
No. Your key card number specifically identifies you to our database and you should never allow anyone to use/borrow your key card including spouse, other family members or friends. Doing so may result in membership termination.

What if I lose my key card?
An additional key card can be obtained in our Pro Shop for a replacement fee of $5.
Present your damaged card and we’ll replace it free of charge.

May I bring a guest with me?
Yes but during Pro Shop hours only! Bring your guest directly in through the Pro Shop to the office counter. Your guest will need to complete a waiver and will be entered into our guest database. There will be no charge for your guest’s first visit. Your guest must be at least 18 years old with a valid local ID. Guests entering the club after office hours, even if accompanied by a member, will be trespassing.

What is the minimum age requirement to use gym?
Minor members age 13-15 years may use facilities only when accompanied by parent/guardian and parent/guardian has a completed waiver on file for minor.
Minor members 16 & 17 years old may use gym facilities as long as waiver has been completed by parent/guardian for minor.

Do you have childcare services?
Yes. We offer staff supervised play areas for your children while you enjoy your workout. Services are offered at all of our locations absolutely FREE!. Contact your gym’s front desk for specific club Kid Care hours.

Do you have Personal Trainers?
We currently do not staff our own Personal Trainers. There are however certified, independent Personal Trainers who train members at our facilities. Training services, prices and schedules are handled directly with the trainer and are not included or are any way related to your membership at The Body Shop Fitness Center. You may contact our Pro Shop for Personal Trainers referrals.

How do I pay for my membership?
When you decide on a membership package you may decide to use our Electronic Funds Transfer or paid in full. Many members feel the E.F.T. method is the most convenient. With E.F.T. you may chose to have your membership dues issued through your bank checking account or your credit card and your monthly dues will be automatically paid. The best feature by far for E.F.T. payments are your guaranteed monthly membership rate. What this means is that you keep your same rate regardless of any future rate increases. *As long as your membership remains active via E.F.T., your rate never increases!

When does my EFT stop?
Your EFT will continue drafting after your initial membership term but only on a month-to-month basis. The reason for this is to protect your monthly rate from any current rate increases. You’ll also have continued 24-hour club access without interruptions.

Can I change my EFT information?
Yes. Changes require 30 days for processing. This request is handled by staff and can only be handled at one of our locations.
