We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about The Body Shop Fitness Centers, Western North Carolina’s largest, privately owned, fitness centers since 1997, open 24/7.
The Body Shop Fitness Center originally started out with one location in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This 5600 sq. ft. location was the only one of it’s kind being that it was the only fitness center locally to offer its member’s 24-hour keyless entry access as well as state-of-the-art-equipment like Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. With such an overwhelming positive reaction from members, The Body Shop Fitness Center of Hendersonville responded to their request and in 2000 expanded to their current 13,000 sq. foot facility.
The Body Shop Fitness Center rapidly became an important benefit to the community and in January 2004, the second location in Flat Rock opened and by April 2004, Asheville, the 3rd location became available for members. In less than two years later, the current status of 4 locations became a reality when Fletcher’s doors opened on
July 3, 2007.
Aside from convenient locations, The Body Shop Fitness Center has continued to set industry standards locally by offering affordable pricing, group fitness classes, new member orientation, on site childcare, extra low supplement prices, fitness apparel and state-of-the-art equipment featuring Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. The Body Shops’ newest attractions are the cardio 12” Personal Viewing flat screen TV’s and Cardio Theater rooms, which are equipped with a variety of cardio machines, projection screen and surround sound giving you that ultimate movie theater feel. Also friendly, educated staff are always available should you need assistance for things such as training support, supplement recommendations, and member/guest services.
These features and many more are the reason members have chosen The Body Shop Fitness Centers to be the link between them and their healthy lifestyle so much that they also refer their family and friends!
